We are people who can be warm and friendly or cold and withdrawn or aggressive.  We show it in our faces.  It has been said that our eyes are the window to our soul.  In Matthew 6:22 in the Living Bible it says “If your eye is pure, there will be sunshine in your soul.  But if your eye is clouded with evil thoughts and desires, you are in deep spiritual darkness.  And oh, how deep that darkness can be”

It’s as if instead of eyes, people walked around with either open or shut windows to their soul.  Some have light on the inside, some have darkness.  Some are closed up with signs showing that they don’t want to be disturbed.  Some are in their own personal prison with inner turmoil ad don’t want to let anyone come too close.
