I don’t know what it is about old, rusty and broken things, but I love to look at them. It might be the colours and textures, and also their history of once being new but have had use and history.

As for ‘things’ and ‘stuff’, Jesus is quoted as saying….
“Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven……. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.” Matthew 6:19-21
