I am part of a small social art group that meets together once a month.  Each month there is a different theme that we get to do, and we do our personal take on it.  Most of the time my efforts never get to see the light of day and I just value the opportunity to be creative around the table of friendly people and catch up.

One theme that was picked out of a hat for a challenge was cubism.  I had a photo I had taken of  orchids so I simplified it into a cubist style of geometric shapes.  I then finished it off with my normal inky lines.  It was a bit of fun so I think I will do the cubism task again with something else.
