A conversation made me question ‘what was the message, teaching or truth that grabbed my heart when I first learned about Jesus?’  I remembered that I was drawn in and captured (in a good way) by hearing of God’s forgiveness of my sins (he knew them all) and of his love and his grace.  The more I knew of his character, the more I was drawn in, closer and closer, as I wanted to know his love and more.

John 6:44  says – ‘No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him and I will raise him up at the last day.’
